Dr. Abeer Abdallah is a clinical psychologist at the American Center for Psychiatry and Neurology (ACPN). She earned her Ph.D. in Child Psychology from Ain Shams University, Egypt, in 2015, and her Master’s degree in Child Psychology from the same institution in 2010. She is a licensed psychologist with the SHA.

With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Abdallah worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings as part of multidisciplinary teams in Egypt and the Sultanate of Oman. Her previous roles include Clinical Psychologist positions at El-Mokattam Hospital for Mental Health and Abassia Hospital for Mental Health in Egypt, as well as at Happy Kid Clinic in Oman. Dr. Abdallah has extensive experience working with children and adolescents facing a variety of emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.

Dr. Abdallah provides comprehensive assessments and interventions for children and adolescents with anxiety and mood disorders, emotion regulation difficulties, conduct and behavioral disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and trauma-related disorders. She also works with children presenting with neurodevelopmental disorders, such as Autism and ADHD. Her therapeutic approaches include Play Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).
