Ms. Hania Foudad is a CDA licensed Psychologist at ACPN. She completed her Master’s
degree in Psychology from the University of Algiers, Algeria in 2016, and her undergrad in
psychology in 2011. She is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and in
psychotherapy for eating disorders.
Ms. Foudad has over seven years of experience in psychology working with patients of all ages.
Starting her career in Algeria in 2016, she then moved to the UAE in 2017 working at prominent
centers including Tender Hearts, Milestones Center, and LifeWorks Counselling Center till 2023.
Her therapeutic approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which focuses on
helping patients learn how to approach their mental, emotional, and behavioral problems. She
provides individual, family, and parent counseling, IQ assessment, and various evaluations such
as CARS (Childhood Autism Rating Scale), ABLLS-R (Assessment of Basic Language and
Learning Skills-Revised), AFLS (Assessment of Functional Living Skills), among others.
Apart from her academic and professional experience, Ms. Foudad is a prominent figure in
psychology; featured on the media on topics related to self-confidence in children, inclusiveness
of people of determination in educational environments, and the use of technology as a
therapeutic aid. She has undertaken various certifications in the field related to behavioral, IQ,
psychoeducational, and functional assessments to further her ability in helping clients of all
backgrounds.
