Sawsan Khalaf

Ms. Sawsan Khalaf is a Speech Therapist at ACPN Al Ain. She earned a Master of Science in Speech and Language Disorders from the University of Jordan in 2020, after completing a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences there in 2018. She is licensed by DoH Abu Dhabi as a Speech Therapist.

Ms. Khalaf has seven years of clinical experience including academic teaching and rehabilitation work in the UAE and Jordan. Before joining ACPN, she was Senior Speech Therapist at Czech Rehabilitation Hospital in Al Ain, providing speech, language, and swallowing services and supervising junior therapists and students. Her early work included clinical roles with the Cerebral Palsy Foundation and Dr. Zedan Khamaysh Clinic, as well as coordinating inclusive rehabilitation projects in Jordan.

Ms. Khalaf supports children and adults with speech, language, fluency, communication, and swallowing difficulties. Her interests include speech sound disorders, stuttering, early intervention, communication development, and needs linked to developmental or neurological conditions. She works with families, educators, physicians, and rehabilitation teams to develop practical communication skills for daily life.
