Ms. Nebras Khaddour is a Speech and Language Therapist at ACPN. She holds a Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology from Damascus University, Syria (2017), and a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Psychology from the same institution (2014). She is licensed to practice in Abu Dhabi through the Department of Health (DoH) and has extensive experience working in various clinical settings in both Syria and the UAE.
With an extensive background in supporting individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders, Ms. Khaddour has accumulated over 8 years of experience as a Speech and Language Pathologist. Her career includes notable roles at Ishraq Health Home Care, Al Hanaan Rehabilitation Center for People of Determination in the UAE, and the Syrian Organization for Persons with Disabilities (Aamal). Ms. Khaddour is experienced in treating a wide range of speech and language disorders, including language delays, articulation and phonological disorders, fluency disorders (such as stuttering), and voice and resonance disorders. She is also skilled in rehabilitating individuals with hearing loss, including those with hearing aids or cochlear implants, as well as managing swallowing difficulties and neurological language disorders like aphasia.
In addition to her clinical practice, Ms. Khaddour is skilled in creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, conducting comprehensive assessments, and providing detailed reports on patient progress. She is committed to improving her patients’ communication abilities and overall quality of life.
