Dr. Ola Safi joins ACPN from Lebanon as a Specialist Pediatric Neurologist. Dr. Safi earned her medical degree from Saint Joseph University of Beirut in 2013, going on to complete her residency in general pediatrics in Hotel Dieu de France Hospital in 2017. Subsequently, she completed her fellowship in pediatric neurology in Lyon, France in 2018. Dr. Safi also got her diploma in clinical neurophysiology from the University of Claude Bernard of Lyon in 2018.
Dr. Safi started her career as a Consultant in Pediatric Neurology in hospitals in Lebanon, primarily at Bellevue Medical Center in 2019, the Ain Wazein Medical Village, and the Lebanese Welfare Association for the Handicapped until she moved to the UAE in 2021.
She was also a lecturer in the department of speech therapy in Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
Dr. Safi is skilled in managing various conditions in pediatric neurology including pediatric epilepsies, neuromuscular diseases, perinatally acquired brain disorders, intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and specific learning disorder. Dr. Safi is skilled in interpreting pediatric electroencephalogram
