Ms. Heba Kulaib is an Occupational Therapist at ACPN Abu Dhabi. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Jordan University for Science and Technology. She is a licensed OT by the DoH, Abu Dhabi.
With over 15 years of experience in occupational therapy, Ms. Kulaib worked in Jordan and the UAE across hospitals, rehabilitation centers, schools, and humanitarian organizations. Her last appointment was at Occupational Therapist Royal Health Group, Abu Dhabi for 2 years before joining ACPN in 2026. Her earlier roles in Jordan involved working across various settings including rehabilitation centers and NGOs in a range of roles from clinical occupational therapy to enabling inclusive environments and adaptations for clients with additional needs since 2010. Her extensive experience enabled her to support children and adults with functional skill development by delivering tailored therapy and intervention plans for developmental and rehabilitative needs. Her work involved thorough multidisciplinary collaboration with families and care teams across a diverse range of settings including homes, clinics, schools, and communities.
She has a strong foundation in assessment and treatment of developmental delay, autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, cerebral palsy and neuromuscular conditions, as well as hand impairments. Ms. Kulaib is dedicated to helping clients achieve independence, functional capability, and meaningful participation in everyday life. Her approach integrates evidence-based OT practices with individualized goal setting to improve their quality of life.
