Ms. Mahra Al Ali is a Clinical Psychologist at ACPN Dubai and Sharjah. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the United Arab Emirates University, Al Ain (2020), and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Services from Zayed University, Dubai (2017). She integrateseveral evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Therapy, Acceptance and Committment Therapy, Matrix Modelas well as as an advanced training in addiction recovery.She is licensed by the DHA in Dubai.
With over seven years of clinical experience, Ms. Al Aliworked extensively across both inpatient and outpatient settings. She began her career in 2018 at Alamal Psychiatric Hospital, Dubaiproviding psychotherapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. She also actively supervised graduate trainees and managed outpatient teams. In 2023, she joined Erada Rehabilitation Center as an Addiction Therapist, developing and implementing integrated recovery plans, facilitating group therapy, and contributing to staff training and supervision.
Ms. Al Alispecializes in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, addiction and substance use recovery.
