Ms. Wajeeha Nadeem Mirza is a Physiotherapist at ACPN. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy with honors from the Liaquat National Hospital and Medical College in 2015. She received gold medal for her outstanding academic performance. She is a registered Physiotherapist in UAE (DOH) and Pakistan.
Ms. Mirza has experience of over six years in physiotherapy. Her initial years were in Siddique Hospital, Pakistan for three years as physiotherapist working with ICU, neurology, pediatrics, gynecology, cardiopulmonary units. She moved to the UAE in 2018 joining Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Center as Physiotherapist for three years.
A confident and skilled manual therapist – she uses up to date evidence-based treatments to get the best results for children and adults with conditions such musculoskeletal pain (neck/back/shoulder), stroke rehabilitation, multiple sclerosis, developmental delays, referred/nerve pain, myopathies and muscular dystrophies, neurodegenerative diseases, traumatic brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries. She has a special interest in neurorehabilitation, pediatric rehabilitation, critical care, treatment of spinal conditions and chronic pain. Ms. Mirza strives to bring relief from pain and discomfort in the earliest period possible and advises on injury prevention post-rehab. She enjoys the process of aiding patients recover and live their life to the fullest.
