Ms. Yasmine Haddad is a Clinical Dietician at ACPN, holding a master’s degree in food
technology, earned in 2006, and a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics, attained in 2003,
both from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon. She is a licensed dietician with the DHA
in Dubai and DOH in Abu Dhabi.
Her journey in the field of nutrition began in 2005 at a reputable hospital in Beirut, where she
completed her dietetic internship and gained valuable experience working with a wide range of
therapeutic cases. Here, she provided care to patients of various age groups, backgrounds, and
medical conditions. In 2008, Ms. Haddad played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding one
of the first diet centers in Dubai – where she worked until 2019 handling a wide range of
responsibilities from designing health intervention programs, working alongside suppliers and
end consumers according to spec, to managing operations for the various units. More recently
until 2023, she contributed her expertise to a renowned pediatric clinic in Dubai Healthcare City
for three years. Notable among her patients were children with various cases and health
complications.
Ms. Haddad is passionate about working with children and families and in educating the public
on health and nutrition. She regularly appears on major live broadcasts and public health forums
as a subject matter expert on the topics of consumer nutrition awareness most notably the 8th
International Pediatric Medical Congress (IPMC) held in Dubai in 2022. Her active involvement
in the community includes raising nutrition and health awareness through corporate and school
workshops, as well as engaging on various social media platforms.
Her professional interests lie in nutrition management presenting with a wide range of health
conditions and age groups, including people of determination and autism, eating disorders in
adolescents and adults, reversing picky eating in children, working with women’s health
conditions in various ages and stages, including PCOS, hormonal imbalances and gestational
diabetes, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and menopause, as well as maintaining gut health. She
dedicates her wealth of practical experience to improving the health and well-being of her
patients, particularly children and families evident in her diverse range of accomplishments and
contributions to the field of nutrition. As part of her continuing education and adding value to her
practice, Ms. Haddad recently earned the CBT-E (Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
certificate offered by CREDO (Centre for Research and Eating Disorders at Oxford).
