Ms. Razan Saleh is Occupational Therapist at ACPN. She completed a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Lebanese University in 2011 and is certified to administer therapeutic techniques such as Snoezelen and Brain Gym. She is a registered OT in Lebanon and Abu Dhabi through DOH.
Ms. Saleh has ten years of experience as OT in settings including nurseries, schools, rehabilitation centers and hospitals in Lebanon. She worked at the American University of Beirut Medical Center as an OT with inpatient and outpatient clinic for six years until 2020. She worked at her private clinic as well as providing training and guidance for patients and their families living abroad or in remote areas in Lebanon for eight years until 2020.
Her responsibilities involved initial evaluations, developing individualized treatment programs, and setting up SMART goals.
Ms. Saleh believes in early intervention and the importance of providing support to empower people in recovery, overcoming barriers along the way. She is skilled at catering to patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological disorders or injuries, upper extremity traumatic injuries, spasticity and movement disorders, congenital hand differences, chronic pain conditions, neuro-developmental conditions, motor planning and coordination, sensory processing, visual & perceptual challenges, delayed gross and fine motor development, and adaptive equipment needs for children, adolescents, and adults.
